Pikeo is a community website dedicated to sharing photos online. Every day, photographers and photo lovers meet up to share their photos taken around the world. On Pikeo, you can post and share your photos with your friends or family, add comments and locate them on a world map. Much more than just another photo site, Pikeo is a universe of discovery and sharing.

Absolutely! Pikeo is totally free of charge. And if you behave, you’ll get 1Go for storing and sharing all your pics. You and your friends can sign-up online for free, with no obligation.

Pikeo: how’s it work?

On Pikeo, you can store and share up to 1Go of pictures. The way it works is easy: you import all your pictures onto the Pikeo site from your PC or your mobile phone. Then you can add titles, descriptions and tags (who, what, where?) on each of your photos and locate them on a map. To get it all organised, you can create as many photo albums as you want, in just a couple of clicks. Then all you have to do is invite your friends and acquaintances to check out your masterpieces.

How do I explore photos on Pikeo?

Even if you’re not registered, you can explore the photos published online by using the search engine located on the homepage. Type in the topic or keyword and click on “search”. Don’t worry, it won’t explode: the pictures will just whiz by in full-screen mode or postcard format with the descriptions and info about the photographers of the shots. You can locate each picture on a world map, read the comments by other users and check out the new releases published regularly by your favourite photographers.

How do I download a photo, a batch of photos or an album?

You can download a photo on Pikeo by clicking on the icon. For the time being, you can only download one picture at a time.

What’s the Pikeo Slideshow gadget for?

The Pikeo Slideshow gadget, offered on Windows Vista, lets you post photo slideshows straight on your computer desktop, without using a browser. Pick the photos you want to see displayed on your desktop regularly: your friends’ latest pictures, the best pictures on a particular theme, etc.

Can I order prints on Pikeo?

Absolutely! Thanks to our partnership with Photobox, now you can develop your photos without ever leaving your Pikeo account.
Just connect and select the pictures you want. Then click on "Order prints" and...follow the guide!
